Meet Our Staff

Lacie
Lacie is our founder and has been pet sitting for more than 5 years. She has also been a registered veterinary technician for 15 years and couldn’t imagine a life that she didn’t care for animals of all species.
In the veterinary field, Lacie sees a lot of pets exposed to all kinds of things and in witnessing those things she realized how many of these animals wouldn’t be a good fit for boarding.
Lacie had one major goal in mind when officially opening Crazy Critter Sitters. To keep pets in their own home environment where they are comfortable, more relaxed, and healthy. To be included in that goal she also strives to help owners feel comfortable while traveling!
She has experience and has kept creatures ranging from exotics to farm animals. She loves being able to care for such a wide variety of critters and strives for the most top quality care for her clients critters!

She then moved on to a small zoo and spent 5 years there as a zookeeper. Rachel has been pet sitting for several years, and her experience with such a wide variety of critters allows her to care for even the most exotic pets.

What Our Clients Say

We were in a pinch while visiting Branson and needed someone to come and sit with our little Lily while we were at a show. Crazy Critter Sitters were amazing from start to finish! Gabri was great and helped ease our minds about leaving our girl. We are so appreciative of the help that was given in a short period of time. I would highly recommend CCS and will call them again if the need arises!

~Trena Hoy

My family and I recently moved to the Branson area and CCS was recommended on a local FB page. Our cat, Pepper, needs daily medication for high anxiety and, not knowing anyone in the area, I was nervous about entrusting her care to “just anyone.” Shawn stopped by for a meet-n-greet before our trip and I immediately felt at ease with her understanding and reassurance. Her reliability, communication, and daily updates with photos while we were away were excellent!! I would not hesitate to recommend CCS to someone else, and I definitely plan on using their services in the future.

The Critter Sitters watched my pets for about a week while i was out of state and they had such a good time, it was very nice to know my pets were in the best of hands and getting all the love they possibly could. These people are some of the best sitters in the area and I would 100% recommend

~Shelby Cavaness

Rachel came to care for our babies for five days & everything went super smooth! We have one skittish cat that hid for the most part when she stopped by, but she gave him the space he needed (which we appreciate!). She sent us a picture update of our happy pug & even checked around our house for storm damage w/o us asking!
It was so much better on our three animals instead of loading them up in a car and taking them to a new place. Pricing is much better than a boarding place!
Will be using in the future!
